- on-premise deployments,
- edge deployments,
- and related security tooling.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use GladiosWAF to:
- violate applicable laws,
- interfere with platform operations,
- distribute malicious software,
- abuse system resources,
- or perform unauthorized security testing against third parties.
Customer Responsibilities
Users or Customers are responsible for:
- securing their own infrastructure,
- configuring deployments appropriately,
- generate security decisions,
- sanitizing sensitive data before submission,
- and maintaining proper access controls.
Security Decisions
GladiosWAF provides probabilistic security analysis based on machine learning models.
No security solution guarantees complete protection against all attacks.
Customers remain responsible for application security, infrastructure security, monitoring, and incident response.
Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, upgrades, outages, or infrastructure issues may occasionally affect availability.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans may include usage-based billing, subscription plans, Intent Analysis quotas, or enterprise licensing agreements.
Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in service suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
GladiosWAF, including its software, AI models, branding, documentation, and related materials, remains the intellectual property of GladiosWAF and its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for Terms violations, abusive behavior, illegal activity, or security risks.

Continued use of GladiosWAF after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
